Golden World Care Service understand the significance of listening to our customers to ensure that we deliver the highest standards of care and support to reach your goals, ensuring that you remain independent and your wishes are respected. We will help you to achieve this through effective planning to provide the support to meet your needs.

The work of our care workers range from every aspect of personal care and home management for service users with high needs (e.g. bathing, toileting, dressing, laundry, meal preparation, housework, bills paying etc), to daily monitoring and general support for those who are managing to meet much of their own care needs (e.g appointments, prompting to take medication, mobility and functional task assistance, general living support).

Our trained staff takes a professional and compassionate approach towards individual needs, looking to make a positive contribution to those they support and care for. We also provide services to elderly customers, which can include personal care, support to appointments, cleaning, wellbeing visits and assistance with meals.” Support and care can be provided in any community setting (home, work, day service, hospital, and temporary accommodation).
